I hate to say it but your insurance company is going to say that leaving a damaged RV out in the weather was negligence on your part. It should have at least been tarped and you even have a barn to store it in. Insurance doesn't cover neglect.
EDIT. Depending on the wording of your policy, they may call it "Failure to properly maintain".
