I am very sorry you have to go through all this. Have you saved all the e-mails from the insurance co.? If so, you may have something to go on. Do you have the trailer paid for? Hoping in worst case scenario, insurance would at least pay off balance (if there is one) Your insurance agent should really go to bat for you, especially considering you performed as insurance co. told you to.
