Water Bug...I sent an email to the insurance man telling him that the condition of the camper was worsening. He said and I quote. " oh (my name) i am so sorry. We will take of that when it is taken in to get fixed." They were specifically told and the adjuster was out and knew just where she sat. I even asked if I should tarp, another quote "don't worry about that, we'll take care of this right away."
And the insurance has aready stated many things in the contrary to your beliefs. And again I had asked for someone that this has happened to. I do not wish to be considered neglectful in your opinion. As this is not so. I have already apologized for being a poor historian, but a slacker or a falsifier I certainly am not Sir. Why would I let something go if I know I could never get it back. That makes no sense. I was raised a whole lot different then the average Jane I guess. I have morals, and lying and misguiding are not part of them.
I never said that you lied or misguided anyone. I simply stated how your insurance company may view your actions. Verbal statements and even emails from a claims adjuster are probably meaningless if they are contrary to a written contract. Just like statements from a car salesman.
