Oh thank you all for your responses. I so do appreciate it. I came on here after great deliberation. I wanted to see if this was the "norm", if anyone else has had these kind of issues. I am not slamming my insurance. I have only had this camper since she was brand new and I have never had a claim on anything. So I truly don't know how anything goes, and of course I am heartbroken as well but nothing anyone can do about that.
I do have photos. They are with my trusted shop guy. And I believe they are in the cloud thingy.
Winnietray- there is a post about why it wasn't put back into storage.
Yes I have saved all the emails. But I think the insurance man already knows as he admitted that they were at fault for the long delay causing more damage.
