I asked someone who is in the industry, my agent or rep. and I do as I am told. Why are we still going thru this? I told you all flat out....the insurance man admitted it was their error. THEIR ERROR! This conversation was not why I came here. I wanted to talk to a person who has had the same issue or similar.
If I tell you that a geriatric patient post cva doesn't need an ambulatory device, even though their vestibular area has the infarct present.. Do you do the opposite? That is my area of expertise, do you know to disagree with me?
It may seem I was in error to you. But when you ask the "professionals" repeatedly, and you r told the same thing, and you have never been thru ANY insurance claim, well Sir, I trust people and I trust what they tell me.
