I need advice on my totalled yet still beautiful baby.

I thought this forum was supposed to be helpful. No I have 2 persons that think I get defensive trying to explain myself better. I feel like I am going in circles with you two. I do not know why you are still here then. The insurance has always been paying for the fix. Now its worse after they said...dont worry about it we'll fix it, we'll be right out, etc. What would you two like me to say? My WHOLE REASON for coming here was....oh nevermind. I'm tired of this going in circles.
