Listen to Gary. Sadly there are a few people here who are to say the least, A pain in the tail!! They love to see how upset they can get you and will keep it up as long as you let them. Use your block member feature and be done with them. I am sorry for your troubles with this and I also have a niece with Lupus so I can relate. I also have to deal with adjusters often and some are not very bright!
