Still confused about this situation. I can't see how an indoor stored RV goes from hero to zero with a couple rain storms. Pre existing damage is the likely cause.
Right now you need to find out an accurate retail value for your rig and stick to that price with the ins co. If you still owe a bunch and won't have enough leftover after payoff on it to replace it and don't qualify for another loan then that is not the ins co fault.
