Right now, it seems all is in limbo until the insurance company decides what it is going to do. If they are nice and decide to pay full market value for the RV, they will send you a check. They are not going to pay you for $20K in repairs. If they decide to not pay anything or very little, which is likely if they determine the damage was not a sudden event, you're out one trailer. You can then go to the Ohio insurance commission and file a complaint, or elect to hire an attorney for $5-10K to maybe squeeze another couple of thousand out of the insurance company.
