So in short what are the best saving purchases that we can realisticly see a savings in the shortest payback time?
Its not just the cost of lost fuel mileage. A new or rebuilt diesel engine costs many times over what an air,oil or fuel filter will cost.
As for lights, the payback may be there by leaving some of the environment for our children and grandchildren.
