I35 in Tx
We are below Austin, Tx and are headed back to AR. Is it best to go towards Dallas or take the highways cutting through from I35 to I30?

There are a number of fine highways that will cut off from I-35 and go in a North Easterly direction. Pick one. You’ll be fine. Enjoy the trip.
HWY 31 at Waco, through to around Tyler, HWY 271 to I-30, for example, or any roads along that, will be fine.
