Even a stellar reputation gets tarnished real fast when you can’t get a line of communication… I know nothing about the company or the man but the apparently he is having problems in the economy of the day…
While all rants are suspect and especially first post, I don’t know that OP isn’t the victim of bad timing with a good company that was failing in some rather tough times…
Does this company have an active website, or phone listing???
