I never expect a salesperson to give me an education about an item that I am interested in buying. The internet will give you the same info that the salesperson can give you. I never go into a dealership planning on showing up a salesperson, either. Vehicles, RVs, Houses, I know what/why I'm interested in an item, and what I want to pay for it. The salesperson is basically there to get the paperwork ready. I make it pretty easy for them, and I think they appreciate it.
You're looking for an order taker, not a salesman. :B
I sold RV's at one time and I can tell you that there are more dishonest RV customers than dishonest salesmen. Customes would lie about leaks, rot, broken appliances and even about what they had paid for their trade in trying to get more for it. :M
There's two sides to every story and usually on this forum we only hear one.
