You can't please everyone when selling for a living.. Then you often meet the individual who thinks they can be rude and arrogant walk all over employees/salesmen. I told my sales people when i was in business, to pay careful attention to people, who came into our business with an attitude. Believe me I met a great deal of those kinds. I kicked a few out the door. It's interesting we all live in same country, but we don't seem to all share what is fair and equitable. Many people enter a store already mad. I read their "rants" on here at RVnet all the time. Then without the other side of story, great numbers join in on the rant. One reason when you buy cars today, (in any states) you sign a form asking if salesperson "promised you anything in the deal", not already in the contract. Just signed that form Saturday buying my new truck. Insist on everything in writing, and try to make the buying experience pleasurable. Remember you have the money and all the power!
