I was a salesman, retail manager and sales trainer for over 30 years and I can tell you there are some very honest salesman out there and there are some crooks. As with any profession there are good and there are bad The last time I purchased a car I had to ask for the sales manger to have my salesman replaced, And after purchasing it I had to have the F&I person to redo the sales agreement 3 times before it did not have mistakes that benefited the company and penalized me Then 2 additional times because of basic mistakes. As the consumer it is up to you and you alone to be educated and not allow yourself to be taken advantage of.
