I'm a retired salesman

I think most people are able to remember unpleasant buying experiences of major items like homes, cars, rvs, etc. It's because such a large investment is involved and a lot of us are raised to be honest and think others are going to be honest too. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone (especially a salesman) that there are those who have bad experiences and want to rant a little. Same thing the OP did when he said he's glad he didn't have many of us for customers. If you're going to dish it out, you better be able to take it too.
