I am certainly more of a do it now guy. And I am not in any way opposed to financing.
But, be it a house, car, RV or whatever, but I feel it is a mistake to redline the family budget. So the least little unexpected expense brings trouble.
In my humble experience this happens a lot. It is hard on the family and the marriage. Banks will loan the money, but sometimes people just don't think far enough ahead, and leave themselves any room to maneuver if something comes up
