EDIT. If a bank writes a $200, 000 loan for 20 years on an RV, for a 70 year old buyer, just because he has $200, 000 in his IRA, who is the crazy one, the banker or the 70 year old, who is about to spend $200, 000 seeing america before he dies?
Why it's the 70 yr. old of course. He should wait and save for 20 yrs. then purchase the $200,000 MH when he can pay cash for it. :S
