Looking forward to our last sticks and bricks, after 6 years of being on the road with a class a, I will likely do a cash purchase to avoid mortgages and burocrates from telling me how much insurance to buy. I win two ways. Insurance cost for a waterfront or coastal house easily gets to a thousand dollars a month, that can go to zero. Secondly because of the absurd insurance requirement, the outright purchase price is seriously discounted.
