My guess would be that if the virus gets too widespread to the point of being declared pandemic, some of the more popular parks where people are often packed in tight quarters in some areas (think Yosemite, YNP, etc), those might consider limiting visitors, or even closing if conditions warrant it. Lesser parks probably not. But I don't think it is any where near that currently.
