This one "Using high capacity singles instead of duals" answers a question as to why the new trucks have the super wide tires vs duals. I also wondered how they would do in snow and saw the answer to it last winter. The guys with duals would pull right out from the local truck stop with heavy snow on the road and the guys with the super wide single couldn't get away from the light.
