Not a transport. They had some stuff strapped to the back. Definitely not a new one.
Not a toy hauler either. Went by so fast I didn't get a good look but I think it was a 3/4 or 1 ton dodge and a 5 th wheeler with a few years on it.
Yes I was going 5 mph over the speed limit, in a 2017 suv with the flow of traffic. Do it all the time in a non towing situation.
