The moron must have been going 90+ mph. No fix for stupid, unfortunately. If they aren't going way too fast, they go too slow. Was behind a lady in a BMW coming into the Base recently. Doing 18 in a 50 mph zone, solid yellow line no passing zone. When she gets to the gate, she complains to the guard that I was scaring her by following too close behind her. He was not happy with her, and I could hear him telling her if the local Police saw what she was doing she would have been issued a ticket for driving too slow. He then made her pull to the side while he let me and the eight other vehicles behind me in so we could get ahead of her. :)
