I don't even pretend to understand why people are so hurried. I'm not that old but learned early to enjoy the travel as much as the destination. On my motorcycle, I can pace the rate of or exceed any traffic flow but will sometimes move to a slower lane to enjoy the sights - I rarely watch my actual speed unless on an unpopulated road. With my RV, I keep it under 65 mph even if the limit is higher.
