I'm strongly considering an N rated tire as well, for fuel economy I'll probably run like I always have but the greater margin will be nice. I usually run 67, fast enough that the trucks limited to 65 aren't playing leapfrog with me and slow enough that the guys that aren't limited aren't spending a ton of time passing me and holding up traffic. I check my pressures every trip and temps with an IR thermometer every stop.
