Ind. trooper lauded as 'hero' for citing 'slowpoke' driver

To the poster who said if they were driving the speed limit they were breaking the law. That isn’t exactly true. The left is a passing lane. So if you are in that lane and are not attempting to pass someone, you are breaking the law. For some reason some people believe they are the gatekeeper of expressway speeds.
