Why is the fact that someone is moving faster than you an indication they are in a hurry? I usually walk faster than most people so I'm constantly moving past them. Am I in a hurry? Nope, that's just the speed at which I walk. Same thing on the highway. When I'm on the bike I'm usually more comfortable moving a little faster than the flow of traffic. I like to be proactive and in a position to avoid that incident instead of getting caught up in it. Doesn't mean I'm in a hurry, that's just the way I ride.
