Induction Cooktop
I see a "induction cooktop" is available in the RV I'm looking at. I don't really know what it is. Do you have one--like it a lot?

My wife bought the induction cooking unit and a few of the posts and pans needed to be able to cook on it. I have to admit, one of the best investments we ever made. Really makes a difference in the taste of the meal and cooks cooler and uses much less electricity than one would imagine. She hasn't used the 3 burner stove in over a year since the purchase.
