Induction Cooktop
I see a "induction cooktop" is available in the RV I'm looking at. I don't really know what it is. Do you have one--like it a lot?

We have an induction stove at home and it works great, but I'll stick with LP for the RV. I still want to be able to boondock without excessive high voltage use.
