Induction Cooktop
I see a "induction cooktop" is available in the RV I'm looking at. I don't really know what it is. Do you have one--like it a lot?

Does the induction stove run on 12 volt or do you have to use an inverter or generator to generate AC? I would think even the portable one "burner" would use a great deal of electricity.
It is about equal to a 750 Watt hotplate.
