Induction Cooktop
I see a "induction cooktop" is available in the RV I'm looking at. I don't really know what it is. Do you have one--like it a lot?

probably okay as long as you use your generator while cooking
i wouldn't do it, with out the generator
and i do have 505w of solar and 900+ amphrs of battery bank
but we full time, and use lot so of power
if you only used it once a day for one meal,
a few minutes to fry an egg, you might get by
