I think it will float if not very full, but doesn't look like it would if filled.

I have a folding styrofoam box from Wally World.

Long about July or August I unfold and toss in some "Blue Ice" type bricks when I go grocery shopping.

I have a large "Coleman" (also styrofoam but plastic inside and out so you don't see the foam) ice chest that subbed for my fridge for 2.5 weeks when the fridge failed (now Amish Built Cooling unit works great)

But that inflatable...... I think not. $99.00 I KNOW not!

I saw a hard plastic folding one, at Sam's club IIRC that would be better than this one at less money. they made some outlandish claim that it would keep food without ice however.

Ya gotta love crowd funding. Get paid before you ever produce anything. Such a deal. And sometimes the funding just disappears before anything is ever actually produced. I think I'll give it a pass.

For $100, no. But if it cost about what a Styrofoam might be worthwhile just to carry food home. Maybe full of ice and beer in a pool?

I don't know - if I lived in an apartment where storage space was limited, I can see where this would be a good idea? Our Florida condo had minimal storage, so I found a folding cooler made from hard styrofoam. Works pretty good to keep things cold for a day!

It would depend on the price point. If it cost 2 or 3 times what a disposable foam cooler costs, I would buy one. The storage of the cooler in an RV when it is not inflated would be worth a premium, but not a huge one.
