Most of the Class B's will handle a small toad. I drag a Jeep Wrangler behind my Roadtrek and never had any problems.
Caravan'd once with a single gal who had a little motorized 3-wheel scooter she hung on the back of her Class C. But after seeing my Jeep she bought a used one for herself.
One might consider a small scooter or motorcycle, or an electric bicycle as well. They're easy to deal with on any size RV. When I take my motorcycle I haul it on a small trailer; my motorized bicycle just hangs on a bicycle rack when I take it.
