What I've found for myself is that when in RV parks I don't sit outside as much. Not really a lot to see. It's not real exciting sitting outside my door and looking at the neighbors sewer and water hose and 35-40' of swirly painted RV. When we're dry camping in the mountains we almost always sit outside, same as the coast when the weather's decent. Why others stay inside is anyone's guess.
