My GloSteps are on my second trailer. I removed them from my last fifth wheel and replaced the steps on my new one when we bought it with them. Overall I think I'm going on 4 years with mine. When I first installed them I had so many inquiries from other campers to the point where I got some brochures from the company to hand out. They're a great product built by a great company. Very receptive to any questions or concerns that I've had.
