Installing standard household toilet in a RV??

I would think that if she wants to have a residental toilet she should be the one that empties the black water tank every day and pulls the blue container down to the dump station. And cleans it out.
That might change her mind if reasoning will not.
I am assuming that the amount of water used would fill up the tanks every day.
And perhaps someone shoulld explain what happens when the black water tank overflows. She could clean that mess up also.
