Had Hartford a number of years ago and they handed the one claim I had fairly. Until a few days ago I was a with Good Sam for 7 years. Every year they raised prices a little each year. When I received my renewal last month and I shopped prices with a number of companies and settled on Liberty Mutual. They gave me a one year policy instead of 6 months. When I called National General I asked about the pricing on my RV. Found out that it was $486.00 for 6 months. Liberty was cheaper by several hundred dollars and RV insurance was $154./year. Got better coverage, lower deductibles and saved money. Progressive and Hartford was higher and RV cover was $400. plus for 6 months.
Lot's of variables such as location, history, type of coverage etc. What I don;t understand is how they can save of all the money they advertise yet still be high.:h
