When we bought our new Keystone Alpine 5 ver the trailer plug to the truck receptacle was a tight fit and I could not get the receptacle spring loaded cover latched in place. Made it about 20 miles before dash warning and trailer connection displayed. Pulled into turnout and forced plug in and latched cover and no more problems since as long as latch is engaged.
