Pretty much what I figured. If your lucky, Crossroads will either make it right, talk to axle/brake mfr on your behalf or tell you to talk to axle/brake mfr. We too had some wires that for some reason were not connected at the brake. Don't know how, where, why. Perhaps someone can chime in, but do brakes come from axle mfr already attached and wired on axle?
