I have the philosophy as some others here. I feel like if I'm driving the speed limit, I'm not impeding anyone, and I'm not a danger, so if they want to chance it, that's their option. If I cannot go the speed limit, I try to pull over as soon as more than two cars are behind me, or if even one has followed for a good bit, I will pull off when I can. I just try to give the same consideration to others as I would expect to me. Just my $.02
