The speed limit is just that ... a maximum upper speed ... not a recommended speed.
Now you see. that's why they pass you. You are going to slow. If they pass me, they are speeding period. But they are welcome to do it. I'm just not going to be part of it.
BTW. I shoot back, and yes it is pretty much a recommended speed, as most roads will also have a minimum speed as well.
Now w hen in the mountains, I do use the lane pull over.
