Dangerous is not a big enough concept to describe it. Even if a slow RV (or "old person", or etc.) is ahead of you and making you super-enraged ... at least stay back from them aways until you can make your move.

Can't imagine how anyone can be comfortable driving 50 to 70 mph when they can only see 50' of the road in front of them (if that much).
