You said "driving the speed limit at most" which I understand means not always driving the speed limit. Going under the speed limit and allowing traffic to back up without pulling over is rude and inconsiderate.
Driving the speed limit and traffic backs up anyway and not pulling over is impolite.
Either way, no-RVers will find your behavior unacceptable.
If you are going at a"casual pace" then you have no excuse not to pull over except "you have the same right to be there and if they don't like it, they can take the Interstate." That attitude is self centered, selfish, and inconsiderate.

I agree with this. Drive any speed you want but, be considerate to the other drivers and allow them to pass when it's safe.
