Section 1 and section 3 were quite clear too in saying you can't exceed the speed limit.
I don't see section 2 saying you can exceed the speed limit either. But then maybe you guys get to set your own speed limits as you go.
A convoy of trucks running 85 in a 70 would only chance sacrificing the leader. But I suppose if they were spread out enough they are only setting the implicit speed limit at 85... :)
