Even though I do not agree with some of the posts, in many states delaying 5 or more vehicles is breaking the law even if you are doing the speed limit.
Best thing to do is let the speeders go by sliding onto shoulder or turn outs.
Again, I would do this rather then trying to explain what happened to create an accident scenario.
