nonsense, unless the fool unsafely passes you involves you somehow in the accident. then you will be involved and tell any investigating officer that the fool was speeding and illegally passed you without assuring that the roadway ahead was clear.

The oneness is on the passing driver, to execute a safe pass! This is true even if the lead driver is poking along at 10 under the speed limit.
