I put several bars of irish spring out because I heard the same thing. The bars got all chewed up. I guess the mice like the taste of a spring day in Ireland. Tried the plug in screamers, the bounce sheets. Even had a friend who worked at a bakery suggest potato flakes will make them thirsty, then when they drink water the flakes expand and kill the mice. Im not sure if it worked or not, but they ate the potato flakes. If nothing else, all the predators that eat mice where getting mashed potatoes with their mice dinner.
