AGAIN, I am telling you DO NOT listen to rumors and opinions...each sale is / may be different...this ain't Real Estate which is mentioned above...like comparing apples / oranges.
Call them and if interested and then go on inspection day and ask more ?? in person. I have bought several gov't vehicles, some with the actual title, several only had a bill of sale type form ( because the Gov't bought them new and they don't normally title their vehicles )which DMV accepted and issued me a title. They will tell you what paperwork you will receive the you can verify with your DMV if it is ok. Not rocket science.
