As long as you ride in the woods, but riding on the road after 70 is hit and miss, you are the hit.
Heavens! I've only got 14 months left until age 70. Does that mean I have to give up my dirt bike, too? It's harder to handle than the trailer.

- pnicholsExplorer IIHmmm ..... a backseat driver is probably the best one to judge whether or not a 70-on-up year old should even drive ... let alone drive a towable RV.
In my case ... that would be the DW, who is the passenger in our RV and at all times knows and says how I'm doing in my driving. She hasn't asked me to stop driving it ... yet! - kennethwoosterExplorerNO!! I'm 72!and definitely not ready to quit. I had aerobic valve changed out last summer, and missed our rip. Can't wait to get going again.
- Burnt_MarshmallExplorerIf your vehicle is 70 years old, yes.
The rest depends on you and your health. - Winnebago_BobExplorerI hope not. The older I get the more I enjoy running over and into stuff.

I've resisted this as long as I could, but no more!! So,I guess that life ends at age 70!!! I started towing trailers in my early twenties, and probably made more mistakes then than now ( I'm 64 1/2). Does this mean that I can't tow my utility trailer for hunting? Or my 14 ft. hydraulic dump, for work around the home? It's probably more accurate to consider that "SOME" people should not tow at any age!! Some people aren't safe around a Checkers Board!! :B memtb
The age that you quit towing is up for debate, I have a friend that quit at 78. I'm 76 and still manage to tow apx 600 miles per day. I think that I will start limiting that mileage as my reflects and vision warrant/dictate. - memtbExplorerI've resisted this as long as I could, but no more!! So,I guess that life ends at age 70!!!
