when we went to canada on the motorcycles towing trailers as I asked the guys with me if it would apply a chp went by doing about 80 and never even looked at us! Now does that mean anything, no, it means that the chp guy was not about to get out in 100+ heat to write a BS ticket. He stopped at the same dairy queen or whatever it was we did and never said a word.
But again its beware. i drive 5 over the posted most places will give ya 10 since the speedos are really not accurate. Just check your gps and the speedo and see how far off they are in most instances.
